USRowing presents the inaugural United We Row Summit. This free and interactive two-day virtual conference is designed to bring rowing leadership and coaches together to network, share ideas, and learn tangible skills on making their boathouses more inclusive. Topics include fostering a positive culture, fundraising, understanding bias, and coaching athletes who are neurodiverse. There is a seat in the boat for everyone – and we hope you take a seat with us at the Summit.

Director of Operations, USRowing Level 1 Coach, Masters rower, Branded Product Merchandiser, husband and dog dad! I live on Whidbey Island, a rural island on the northwest outskirts of Seattle.

Co-founder, now Director of Mill Town Rowing in Snohomish County (Everett, WA) - I'm thrilled to embark on a new journey with my teammates, while continuing to train & compete.

I'm also the U.S. Retailer for Evupre, an Austrian performance rowing apparel company, and merchandiser for Filippi in the United States. As a owner of a branded product company - think, swag! - I specialize in all things rowing related, from clubs & regattas, to clothing & equipment manufacturers.
