As a former Athlete Development Specialist and strategic HR and DEIB leader with 15 years of experience, I’m passionate about creating inclusive environments where everyone feels they belong. I work with senior leadership to embed DEIB strategies aligning with organizational goals, ensuring inclusive and impactful talent management processes. My background includes data-driven approaches, leading high-impact teams, and mentoring professionals to foster growth. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania, where I focus on aligning learning strategies with organizational development.
